Overview
JSON Parser Pro (freejsonparser.com) is a free, browser-based developer tool. All JSON processing, formatting, validation, and conversion happens entirely in your browser — no JSON data is ever sent to our servers.
Data We Collect
We do not collect, store, or process any JSON data you enter into this tool.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data, including:
- Pages visited and time spent
- General geographic location (country/region level)
- Browser type and operating system
- Referral source (how you found us)
- Core Web Vitals performance metrics
This data is anonymous, aggregated, and used solely to improve the tool.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to track anonymous usage statistics. These cookies do not contain personal information and are not used for advertising.
We use localStorage and IndexedDB in your browser to save your recent JSON history and preferences locally. This data never leaves your device.
Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage tracking. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — hosting provider. Standard server logs (IP, request metadata) are retained per their policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
You can clear your saved JSON history at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.
